Terms of Use
33International is time-tracking software operated by Namadgi for its team and its
clients. These terms cover using the hosted service at
track.thirtythreeinternational.com.
Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password and your agent tokens to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if a token leaks, and revoke it from Settings.
Linking Jira
Linking is yours to grant and yours to withdraw. While linked, the service reads issues you can already see and writes worklogs to issues you name. It never widens your Jira permissions, and it does not create, edit or delete issues. Standup publishing has its own revocable consent in Settings. When enabled, standups are published to Confluence and Jira through your Atlassian connection and appear there as authored by you — both the sections you or your agent submit and, once an hour has passed with no timer running or your local day has ended, an automatic standup assembled only from work the service recorded, including any unapproved time claims, which it labels as claims.
What the recorded time means
Timer sessions are credited from elapsed wall clock, bounded by the service's own clock. If a timer missed work, a person or their agent may submit a manual time claim with a start, an end, an issue, and a reason. That claim is inert until an admin who is a human other than its submitter reviews and approves it; only an approved claim can count as payable time.
A stopped session can be corrected, but the correction does not silently replace its history. We keep an amendment record showing the before and after values, the reason, who made the change, and when. An amendment can reduce timer time or correct its description and issue, but cannot add timer time. Records are intended to be an honest account of work done. Deliberately misrepresenting them — running a timer against work you are not doing or submitting a false claim — is a misuse of the service and grounds for closing the account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reach data belonging to other users, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or anyone else's terms — Atlassian's included.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. We run backups and try to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your data
What we store and how to remove it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Issued invoices survive account deletion as financial records.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
